At Bully's we are passionate about seasonal variation and we aim to showcase this in our mid-season gourmet evening. We prepare a seven-course tasting menu, accompanied by eight wines that aim to promote the season's best bits!

Each dish will have been exquisitely developed and to express this, Russell explains the cooking process to the restaurant. Throughout the evening, our selected somelier will explain why each wine has been chosen to be paired with that particular dish - see if you agree!
